Welcome to Cirrus Weater Services!  I'm Phillip Williams, a broadcast meteorologist for more than 21 years.  Through those years I've learned a lot of what it takes to succeed in the broadcast meteorology business.  I became the most watched meteorologist in my market, helped my station win a National Edward R. Murrow award for continuous coverage during the 7 day marathon flood following Hurricane Floyd.

I offer my coaching to aspiring and developing meteorologists.  I'll critique your weathercast or demo dvd and offer constructive ways to improve.
