Welcome to Cirrus Weater Services!  I'm Phillip Williams, a broadcast meteorologist for more than 21 years.  Through those years I've learned a lot of what it takes to succeed in the broadcast meteorology business.  I became the most watched meteorologist in my market, helped my station win a National Edward R. Murrow award for continuous coverage during the 7 day marathon flood following Hurricane Floyd.

I offer my coaching to aspiring and developing meteorologists.  I'll critique your weathercast or demo tape and offer constructive ways to improve. 

Besides coaching, I'm also looking for some meteorologists to represent in landing an on-air job.  We can discuss this more later after I see your work or demo.
